Sampson Ski - Terms and Conditions
Client Cancellation:
If a cancellation is made at least four weeks prior to the date of the first booked lesson and payment has been made in full, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations made within four weeks of the booking, Sampson Ski will attempt to resell the session. If successful in reselling the lesson, a full refund will be issued. If the session cannot be resold, no refund will be provided, and the full payment will be retained. All payments are made in Euros, and Sampson Ski is not responsible for any losses or gains due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Coach Illness or Injury:
In the unfortunate event that a Sampson Ski guide becomes ill or injured, we may not be able to run your session as scheduled. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs. In some cases, illness or injury may happen last minute. If this happens, Sampson Ski will make every effort to find a replacement coach or offer a full refund.
Weather & Lift Operations:
Sampson Ski is not responsible for weather conditions or limited piste/lift operations and will not cancel or issue refunds due to inclement weather or restricted lift access.
Client Illness/Injury:
No refunds will be issued in the unfortunate case of client illness or injury during the booking period. We will, however, be happy to provide a letter for your insurance claim.
Liability:
All Sampson Ski guides are fully qualified to British and international standards and/or hold the French ‘equivalence’. Additionally, all coaches have private professional liability insurance. Sampson Ski accepts no liability for clients during instruction. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate winter sports insurance, including third-party and rescue coverage, for their activities.
Off-Piste Skiing:
Sampson Ski guides take all possible precautions to ensure client safety when skiing off-piste. However, clients must be aware that skiing off-piste carries an increased risk due to the unpredictable nature of the environment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have insurance coverage for off-piste skiing at the time of the lesson.
Group Size:
Each guide can accommodate a maximum of six clients. This ensures that we can maintain high standards of safety while providing each client with a quality, personal experience.
